While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise \u2014 and we\u2019re here to assist you promptly and transparently.<\/p>

Returns at the Time of Delivery:<\/strong><\/p>

    • If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your items, you may return them immediately at the time of delivery. As our products are perishable, we request that you inspect the items in front of the delivery person.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        • Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person has left, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds\/exchanges.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>

          Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>

                      Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment or can be credited to your Fun Fruit Wallet for future purchases, based on your preference.<\/p>

                      Refunds will be processed within 24 hours to 7 – 10 working days, depending on your payment method and bank\/payment gateway.<\/p>

                      <\/p>

                      Partial Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

                      <\/p>

                      In cases where an order is edited after confirmation (e.g., item removed due to unavailability or customer request), the partial refund will be processed following the same timeframe and method as full refunds.<\/p>

                      Late or missing refunds<\/h3>

                      <\/p>

                      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>

                      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>

                      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>

                      Advance Payments and Delivery Failures<\/strong><\/p>

                      If a customer has made an advance payment and a delivery attempt was made but not received (e.g., customer unavailable or unreachable), we reserve the right to deduct any applicable delivery charges or logistical expenses before issuing a refund<\/p>

                      Replacements & Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>

                      If any item is defective, damaged, or not up to standard, please inform our delivery team on the spot or reach out to our support.
                      We\u2019ll arrange for a replacement on the next available delivery slot in your area.<\/p>

                      Orders can be canceled any time before 6:00 PM on the same day the order was placed.
                      If canceled in time, any payments already made will be refunded using your original payment method.<\/p>
